Developed a custom EHR application to meet Live Well's unique hybrid requirements, and to provide turn-key systems for their franchise partners.
Live Well is a medical fitness franchise that specializes in supervised exercise and healthy lifestyle coaching for people with chronic health conditions, such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
Gravit-e developed Sole for Live Well, a hybrid clinic/gym management application designed to support Live Well’s unique needs and ensure a consistent member experience at all franchises. Sole allows individualized programs to be created for each member, tailoring exercise and health coaching to their needs. Once a program is in place, it is used to monitor health vital signs (eg. blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood glucose, hemoglobin) to ensure the program is having the desired effects. Sole also includes membership management tools, a self-service member portal, and a billing system which automates billing for Live Well and it’s franchises.
